From early roles in São Paulo to holding senior leadership positions in international agencies, he has served as ECD and CD at Leo Burnett Dubai, Horizon FCB, JWT Moscow and Fischer, shaping campaigns for brands including Pepsi, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Nestlé, Volkswagen, Ford, GMC, Audi, Unilever, Emirates, VIVO Telecom, Du Telecom and Itaú Bank.
Rondon brings deep experience across Consumer, Health and Pharma. In the past 2 years (2026/2025), he helped Ogilvy Health NYC deliver Cannes Lions award-winning work with three different campaigns.
